A lead before they are a patient
The board holds people who are not on the chart yet. The clinic sends a private link that expires, the same kind already used on a patient chart. There is no open URL where a stranger can create a chart.

A full history does not belong in a chat
Asking for address and medical history on WhatsApp leaves that data in a thread. A public form that anyone can submit creates records the clinic never asked for.
A card, then a chart
The clinic issues a single-use details link — 2 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days — and sends it to that person. A short capture form can take a name and phone without forcing a booking. A missed call can become one WhatsApp. Neither of those creates a clinical chart. The chart starts when the clinic converts the card.
- Add the person to the board with a phone number.
- Send the private details link. It expires, and it works once.
- A form that does not force a booking creates a card, not a chart.
- A missed call can send one WhatsApp when the clinic turns that on. Convert the card into the chart after the visit is real.
