A public link sends every score to Google
Putting the Google review URL in the same message as the receipt gives an unhappy patient the same path as a happy one.
The gate
The clinic pastes its Google review URL in settings. The patient opens a private page and picks a score. Happy scores continue to that URL. Low scores see a thank-you and the team gets a notification. The browser does not continue to Google.
- Add the clinic Google review URL. Without it, the review recipe does not send.
- After a completed visit, the patient opens the private score page.
- A 4 or a 5 continues to the clinic’s Google link. The patient still writes the review on Google.
- A 1, 2, or 3 stays on the private page and notifies staff.
