A laser or an injectable occupies a practitioner, a room, and opened product. A last-minute “I can’t come” leaves the chair empty. Chasing Venmo or Bizum by hand does not scale, and a deposit in reception’s phone is not a policy.
Charge at booking, or hold the card without charging now
On each treatment you choose: do not charge, leave a card on file, take a deposit, or take the full session. The visit stays pending until they finish on Stripe or the clinic’s bank TPV (card and Bizum). Reception can still book without charging. You decide whether an on-time cancel is refunded.

- Mark which treatments ask for a deposit, the full session, or a card on file, and the amount.
- The patient books on the site, chat, or a call. If they must pay or leave a card, that is the next step. If they do not finish, the hour is free again.
