AI receptionist for aesthetic clinics
A voice that answers when reception cannot — when reception cannot pick up, after hours, or always — on your clinic number. It books from the real GlowPilot calendar. Paid extra. Not in Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
AI receptionist for aesthetic clinics
The phone still rings when nobody can pick up
After hours and lunch overflow go to voicemail, a personal mobile, or a missed-call list that nobody works. A chatbot on the website does not answer the number patients already saved.
How it works in GlowPilot
You keep your Twilio Voice number. GlowPilot’s receptionist answers in the clinic’s language, checks real availability (practitioner, room, machine), and can book, reschedule, or take a message. Staff confirm bookings in the app before they are saved. Minutes are included by plan; at zero remaining the call does not start a billed AI session.
- Connect a Twilio Voice number (Spain and US DIDs on the current rollout).
- Choose when it answers: when reception cannot pick up, after hours, or always. Allowlist which treatments it may book.
- It uses the same calendar and conflict checks as reception. Extra minutes are blocked, not billed silently.
Who this is for
Aesthetic clinics and medspas that already lose bookings to missed calls and do not want a second front-desk hire for evenings. Not a medical advisor. Not a replacement for a person on a busy Saturday morning unless you choose “always”.
Add-on pricing
99 USD per month on any paid GlowPilot plan. Included AI minutes: 150 on Starter, 250 on Professional, 500 on Enterprise. Then it stops, with no extra billing — leftover 0 does not open a billed session.
- Never included in the plan. Trial clinics cannot turn it on.
- Euro and pound list prices are not locked yet — we quote them on the demo.
- You keep paying Twilio for the number rental. Pausing the paid extra only stops GlowPilot’s 99 USD.
- Staff confirm bookings in the app. It does not invent slots or write clinical notes.
Prices exclude VAT. Request a demo to hear a call on an aesthetic book.
